LEARNER SURVEY Skill: How You Learn
Directions: On a piece of paper number 1-12 (label section A), number 1-12 (labeled sectioin B), and 1-12 (labeled section C). In each section, put a check next to the number that applies to you from below. Leave the others blank.

Section A
